Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be unused and in its original packaging.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund to the credit card used for payment if all materials are in its original condition.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card company.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact info@rewoodd.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items will not be refunded.

We inspect each product carefully before shipping, however if you receive planks that are defective or damaged please contact us at info@rewoodd.com so a replacement can be shipped to you promptly.
